This pamphlet provides guidelines, recommended practices and other useful information for the safe handling of and emergency response to anhydrous hydrogen chloride (AHCl), refrigerated liquid (UN 2186), in rail tank cars and highway cargo tanks.  It represents a compendium of Institute membership experience as of the date of publication.
